About Bryant Epperson
My background started in fabrication and repair work. Early years were spent around structural steel, welding, motor repair, teardown, machining, assembly, winding, VPI, and the day-to-day work that goes into rebuilding equipment.
That eventually led into technical sales and management, where the shop experience became useful in a different way: understanding what customers were dealing with, what failed, what could be repaired, and when replacement made more sense.
Later roles expanded into pumps, municipal water and wastewater, lift stations, booster stations, water wells, motors, controls, bid and spec work, industrial accounts, and field sales across Arkansas, Texas, and the Texas Gulf Coast.
More recent work expanded into industrial and MRO territory development, broader rotating equipment, drives, controls, and plant applications.
